Quiet English Garden
After living in their home for several years, our clients had a clear vision for how their Edina backyard needed to both look and live. To bring that vision to life, we raised the entire grade to align with the home and correct longstanding drainage issues, creating a fresh canvas for a cozy, green-wrapped enclave.
The color of the stone border around the pebble court was chosen to mimic the existing terrace as well as the new patio.
The pebble court—defined by custom lighting and a row of sculptural “border trees”—now sets the stage for dining and entertaining, while the surrounding lawn remains a lush, inviting space for games and everyday enjoyment.
